Many landlords require a 3-5 year commitment from office tenants who rent in their buildings.  However if you need to rent for 1 year or less, executive suites may be the answer.

Executive suites are created by companies who rent out a large amount of square footage inside an office building, many times several floors, and in turn sublease to business owners who need a stand-alone office or two.

Executive Suite Companies Typically Provide:

  • Furnished offices
  • Community receptionists
  • Break areas with coffee and other refreshments
  • Shared conference room
  • Internet and phone service
  • Many other amenities.

Most executive offices only require a one year commitment and provide flexibility to move to other offices within the building and add or decrease space as needed.  It’s a nice option for those starting out, those needing to downsize or those who just need a flexible rental term.
